Reduced Mobility Car Parking
Dublin Airport has more than 90 spaces designated for disabled parking permit holders, located in the two main short term car parks, and there are 5 spaces in each zone of the Express Red Car Park. Details on how to book your Person with Reduced Mobility (PRM) car parking can be found below.

Terminal 1
- 50 PRM parking spaces
- Located on the lower ground floor of our Terminal 1 Short Term B car park
- Max. height 1.85m
- Spaces are all well signed and are wheelchair accessible.
- Each space has been treated with a special non slip surface to provide easy movement and access for customers
Terminal 2
- 40 PRM parking spaces
- Located between Level 1 and Level 2 of the new Terminal 2 Short Term car park
- Max height 2.1m
- Spaces are all well signed and are wheelchair accessible.

Express Red Long Term Car Park
- The Express Red Car Park is staffed 24 hours a day by Dublin Airport staff to assist all customers locate a car parking space.
- The Express Red Long Term Car Park has 5 PRM spaces within each parking zone, and these are clearly sign posted.
- The Express Red Long Term Car Park is also serviced by a 24 hour, 7 days a week wheelchair accessible shuttle bus service, which operates from the car park and from the designated pick up point opposite Terminal 1 (zone 9).

Short term car parking assistance
- Dublin Airport has appointed OCS to provide assistance services to people with reduced mobility upon arriving at either of the two short term car parks.
- Assistance in the short term car parks is available at the help points located in or immediately adjacent to the designated parking areas.

Long term car parking assistance
- Upon arriving at the Express Red Long Term Car Park, passengers with reduced mobility who require immediate assistance should contact our reduced mobility service provider, OCS, via the Reduced Mobility Help Point located within the bus shelter directly adjacent to the PRM parking bay using the call button or by calling the number displayed.
- The Express Red Car Park is also serviced by a 24/7 wheelchair accessible shuttle bus service, which operates from the bus shelter opposite this designated area to both terminals and from the designated pick up point opposite Terminal 1 (zone 9).

- The Long Term Red Express Car Park is staffed 24 hours a day by daa staff member to assist all customers locate a car parking space.
How to access PRM parking spaces and avail of the preferential PRM rate
Pre-book your car parking in advance on dublinairport.com
- To ensure spaces are reserved for drivers with reduced mobility, we ask that you first identify yourself as a Reduced Mobility Driver. This provides you with access to the Reduced Mobility Parking (PRM) area and a preferential (reduced) parking rate.
- Please complete the form here to receive a Person with Reduced Mobility (PRM) single-use code that you input during the booking process. As these codes are now single-use, please complete this form each time you want to make a car park booking.
- To complete this form, you will require your PRM Parking Permit details (number and expiry date) and the registration number of the vehicle that you will drive to the car park.
- After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a single-use PRM code. This code is required to get the reduced short term car park daily rate for permit holders of €9.50 per day and €4.95 per day for the Express Red long term car park.
- To book your parking, click here, and enter your details in the parking section. Input your desired entry date and time, exit date and time and input the PRM code into the 'PRM Code' box. Then click 'Book Now' and your PRM parking options will be presented to you.
- If you only require parking for a short period of time, in either of the short-term car parks, pre booking is not required. A rate of €3 for the first hour and €4.50 for the subsequent hours applies. For current standard short term car park rates, click here.

What happens if you haven't pre-booked?
During extremely high demand periods for the car parks, we recommend that you should book in advance. If you have not pre-booked, you will not be eligible for the special PRM rate but will still have access to the PRM spaces if you do the following.
- Arrive at Dublin Airport Terminals 1 and 2 Short-Term car parks or the Express Red car park.
- Press the intercom button on the ticket machine.
- Present a valid PRM parking permit and staff will issue a ticket via the machine.
- A valid PRM parking permit must be presented at the entrance to these car parks to access this facility.
