Drop & Go Parking
Follow “Drop & Go Parking” signs directing you to Level 3 of the Terminal 2 Short Term Car Park.
Follow directions to the dedicated Drop & Go Parking zone passing through the damage recognition system.
A team member will greet you, check in your vehicle, register your keys in our track and trace system and give you a personalised receipt card.
The card contains a unique barcode that you will use to retrieve your keys in the self-service lockers upon your return.
Your vehicle will be moved by our trained team to a secure onsite Dublin Airport owned vehicle park.
Upon your return, your vehicle will be ready for collection in the same place you dropped it, at the Drop & Go Parking zone, located at Level 3 Terminal 2 Short Term Car Park.
The Drop & Go Parking team will be on hand 24/7 to help with any queries, the reception desk is located near the lifts on Level 3 in the Terminal 2 Short Term Car Park.
Bookings can be made up to 12 hours before arrival time.
Your booking can be changed online up to 12 hours before arrival time. Please note we provide you with a unique booking reference number with your confirmation email and you will need this to if you want to make any changes to your booking.
If your time of return differs from your booked return time by more than 2 hours, your vehicle may not be available for you at the time you return. Therefore, if you plan a different return time, please amend your booking at least 12 hours before your revised return time if you are coming back earlier than your booked return time or at least 12 hours before your original booked return time if you are coming back at a later date. In the event of an unscheduled or emergency return that means your time of return differs from your booked return time by more than 2 hours, please make contact with Dublin Airport Drop & Go Parking on +353 87 230 0564 as soon as you can. We will endeavour to have your vehicle ready for you on your return.

We understand that flights can be delayed from time to time. While we will actively monitor the flight information for delayed arrivals and amend our scheduling based on this information, if you miss a connecting flight or anticipate your time of return will differ from your booked time by more than 2 hours, please contact us on +353 87 230 0564.
If you lose your personalised receipt card or it is stolen, you must notify us immediately and we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the personalised receipt to avoid third parties collecting keys to the parked vehicle from the lockers. However, if you do not notify us, we are not responsible for a third party using the receipt to collect the parked vehicle without your permission.
Yes, if you cancel the booking up to 24 hours in advance of the stated, pre-booked arrival time and date, then your car parking fee will be automatically refunded back to you in full to the debit-credit card used to make the online booking.
Cancellations cannot be accepted any later than this 24-hour provision. Please go to ‘Manage my Booking’ on the home page of dublinairport.com and enter your booking reference number and email used to make the booking to proceed to cancel.
You can also contact customer service by emailing parkingdublin@dublinairport.com to cancel your booking.
If you become aware of damage to the parked vehicle or of items that have been stolen or missing from the parked vehicle you must notify the Drop & Go Parking reception staff at the lift lobby or call +353 87 230 0564 and complete the claim form they provide you with. If you do not notify us before exiting the car park after collecting the parked vehicle daa will seek compelling additional evidence from you to consider a claim.

You are responsible for ensuring the Parked Vehicle has valid tax certificate, NCT and insurance. The validity period for each of these must cover the length of stay stated in the Confirmation. We are not liable for the consequences of any of these ceasing to be valid while the Parked Vehicle is on Airport property. Under Irish Road Traffic legislation you must ensure that the Parked Vehicle is in a roadworthy condition at all times.
If you wish to keep items in the parked vehicle while you are away, please lock them in the boot but note that daa does not accept liability for third party theft from/damage to parked vehicles or their contents.
